Kent County · Home base
Home base. Grand Rapids has a little of everything: century-old homes in Heritage Hill and Eastown, mid-century ranches on the northeast side, and new builds pushing out in every direction.
What I see a lot of in Grand Rapids
Older-home bathroom gut renovations where the framing is never square, plus a lot of kitchen backsplashes and basement bathrooms.
